This site is operated by Chicageaux BBQ Company (“Chicageaux,” “we,” “us”), a BBQ catering company and seasoning brand based in Georgia. You can reach us at info@chicageaux.com.
Information We Collect
When you place an order, request a catering quote, create an account, or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, shipping/billing address, event details (date, location, guest count, menu preferences), and order history.
Payment card details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor — we do not store your full card number on our servers.
Catering and event consultation requests submitted through our booking form are processed by HoneyBook, a third-party scheduling platform, and are also subject to HoneyBook’s own privacy practices.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to process orders and catering bookings, plan and staff events, calculate applicable sales tax and shipping, communicate with you about your order or event, and improve our products and service.
Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary for the site to function — for example, to keep items in your cart and keep you logged in to your account. We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and request consent where required.
Sharing Your Information
We share information with service providers who help us operate the business — our payment processor, shipping carriers, our website and email hosting providers, and HoneyBook for catering bookings. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Data Retention
We retain order, booking, and account information for as long as needed to fulfill orders/events, comply with tax and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes.
Your Rights
